The invention discloses a partially recoverable secant pile support structure and a construction method. The secant pile support structure comprises a plurality of steel pipe piles and a plurality ofmedium-fine sand plain concrete thin-wall pipe piles. The centers of the multiple steel pipe piles and the multiple medium-fine sand plain concrete thin-wall pipe piles are located on the same straight line. A gap is reserved between every two adjacent medium-fine sand plain concrete thin-wall pipe piles in occlusion with the same corresponding steel pipe pile. The pile ends of the medium-fine sand plain concrete thin-wall pipe piles go deep into an impervious layer, and the lengths of the steel pipe piles are not lower than those of the medium-fine sand plain concrete thin-wall pipe piles. Compared with existing secant pile support structures, the partially recoverable secant pile support structure is high in construction speed, the steel pipe piles can be recovered and reused, productioncost is lowered, and the partially recoverable secant pile support structure is good in water stop effect, high in overall flexural rigidity and especially suitable for deep foundation pit supportingprojects on soft soil foundations.
