The invention provides a pipe gallery joint gap waterproof structure and a waterproof method prefabricated by a pipe-jacking method. The pipe gallery joint gap waterproof structure comprises a water stop steel ring, a connector steel lantern ring, a water swelling water stop glue, a water swelling rubber water stop ring and a liner; the water stop steel ring is arranged on a joint of a first pipejoint in a sleeving mode; the first end of the connector steel lantern ring is arranged on the connector of the first pipe joint in a sleeving mode, and the water stop steel ring is arranged in the connector steel lantern ring in a sleeved mode; the water swelling water stop glue is filled in a gap between the inner side wall of the connector steel lantern ring and the outer side wall of the jointof the first pipe joint; the water swelling rubber water stop ring is arranged on the joint of a second pipe joint in a sleeving mode; and the liner is arranged in the seam between the first pipe joint and the second pipe joint. According to the pipe gallery joint gap waterproof structure and the waterproof method prefabricated by the pipe-jacking method, construction can be synchronously carriedout along with pipe gallery segment prefabrication, and the work efficiency is improved; accumulated errors in the pipe gallery jacking process are eliminated, and the structural strength and the shear resistance are improved; through tongue-and-groove connection, the rainwater permeation path at the joint from outside to inside is prolonged; and after the pipe gallery sections are jacked in place, grouting plugging at the section gaps is facilitated, water leakage of the pipe gallery is effectively prevented, the pipe gallery environment is kept dry, the service life of equipment in the pipegallery is prolonged, maintenance is reduced, and investment is saved.
