The invention discloses an anti-blocking pedestal pan. The pedestal pan comprises a closestool shell, a water storage tank, a drainage pipe, a fixing plate and a water plugging device. The water storage tank is arranged on the closestool shell; a water outlet is formed in the closestool shell; the drainage pipe is arranged below the water outlet in the closestool shell; the drainage pipe is located in front of the water outlet; a notch is formed in the rear end of the closestool shell; the fixing plate covers the notch and is connected with the closestool shell through screws; supporting plates are symmetrically arranged on the fixing plate; one ends of the supporting plates penetrate through the notch and extend into the closestool shell; and the water plugging device is rotationally connected with the ends, extending into the closestool shell, of the supporting plates. The water plugging device comprises a water plugging box body, a balance weight box body, a limiting nut and a balance weight bolt, rotating shafts are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the water plugging box body and rotationally connected with the supporting plates, the balance weight box body is arranged at the rear end of the water plugging box body, the limiting nut is fixed to the rear end of the balance weight box body through a bolt, and the balance weight bolt is in threaded connection with the limiting nut. A funnel is arranged at the upper end of the drainage pipe.
