The invention discloses a composite environment-friendly prefabricated wallboard and a construction method thereof, relates to the field of buildings, and aims to solve the problem that cracks are possibly generated at joints due to the influence of difference of internal stress of concrete when wallboards are connected and constructed. According to the technical scheme, the composite environment-friendly prefabricated wallboard is characterized by comprising a heat preservation wallboard, a structural layer and an outer wallboard, wherein the structural layer comprises a concrete layer and avertical steel pipe column; a plurality of penetrating holes are formed in the vertical steel pipe column; U-shaped steel ribs are arranged in the penetrating holes; a plurality of longitudinal steelribs are fixedly connected onto the U-shaped steel ribs; and two ends of each longitudinal steel rib exceed two sides of the structural layer and are fixed into the heat preservation wallboard and theouter wallboard correspondingly. According to the composite environment-friendly prefabricated wallboard, parts of building components are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to a construction site, the prefabricated wallboards are assembled into a whole in a reliable connection mode by the aid of hoisting installation, building industrialization is facilitated, construction speed canbe increased, engineering cost is reduced, products prefabricated in the factory are consistent in specification, and quality can be sufficiently ensured.
本发明公开一种复合型环保预制墙板及其施工方法,涉及建筑领域,旨在解决墙板在进行连接施工时可能存在因混凝土内应力的差异影响而在连接处产生裂缝的情况,其技术方案要点是:包括保温墙板、结构层和外墙板,结构层包括混凝土层以及竖向钢管柱,竖向钢管柱上设有若干穿孔,穿孔内设有U型钢筋条,U型钢筋条上固定连接有若干纵向钢筋条,纵向钢筋条的两端超出结构层两侧并分别固定于保温墙板和外墙板内。本发明将部分建筑构件在工厂预制完成后运到施工现场,采用吊装安装,将预制墙板通过可靠连接方式组装装配成为整体,有利于实现建筑产业化,能加快施工速度,降低工程造价,而且工厂预制的产品规格一致,质量能够得到充分保证。
