Environment-friendly prefabricated non-bearing wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an environment-friendly prefabricated non-bearing wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly prefabricated non-bearing wallboard comprises a supporting layer and an inner layer, the inner layer is made of an automobile tire rubber material; the manufacturing method of the inner layer comprises the following steps: S1, cutting off the tire wall and the side wall of the automobile tire, and then transversely cutting and flattening at any position to prepare a rubber belt; the rubber belt is corrected to be equal in width distance; then the rubber belt is placed in a NaOH solution to be subjected to soaking treatment; s2, a plurality of layers of rubber belts are stacked in a crossed mode according to the angle of 0/90 degrees and woven into a net shape to form an elastic woven layer; S3, the crossed and overlapped positions of the rubber belts are fixed through fastening devices; the end points of the braid layer are fixed through bolts, the bolts are rotated to be tightened and stretched flat, and prestress is applied to the rubber belt to obtain the inner layer. According to the light wallboard, waste tire rubber can be recycled, and the pollution problem is solved under the condition of no pollution. The rubber with low self weight can reduce the self weight of the concrete, and has the advantages of noise reduction, sound insulation and heat insulation.
本发明提供了一种环保型预制非承重墙板及其制备方法,包括支撑层以及内层;内层为汽车轮胎橡胶材料制得;内层的制造方法包括以下步骤:S1:将汽车轮胎切去胎壁和侧壁后横向在任意一处切开展平制备成橡胶带;并将橡胶带修正为等宽距;再将橡胶带置于NaOH溶液浸泡处理;S2:将橡胶带按照[0/90°]交叉叠放若干层编织成网状形成弹性编织层,S3:在橡胶带交叉重叠处用紧固装置固定;用螺栓将编织层端点处固定,旋转螺栓,将其栓紧抻平,对橡胶带施加预应力得到内层。本发明的轻质墙板可将其废旧轮胎橡胶回收利用,在无污染的情况解决污染问题。低自重的橡胶可以减轻混凝土的自身重量,且具有降噪隔音,隔热的优点。
