A detachable treading type heating floor comprises a box body, a water pipe arranged in the box body, a treading mechanism arranged at the upper end of the box body, an adjusting mechanism arranged inthe water pipe, and a controlling mechanism arranged in the water pipe. The detachable treading type heating floor is simple in structure, the water pipe can be controlled to move within the effective range of the inner wall of the floor, thus, the floor is heated uniformly, meanwhile, water flowing through the interior of the floor is adjusted and processed, the heating effect is improved, the heating time is prolonged, treading on the ground during people walking is converted into heat of the floor, and the heat preservation and heat dissipation effect is improved better.
