The invention provides a spring energy storage assembly and a treading power generation floor. The spring energy storage assembly comprises a spring; the first limiting piece is configured to be capable of moving to a locking position or an unlocking position; the limiting transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the first limiting piece and used for driving the first limiting piece to be switched between the locking position and the unlocking position; at the locking position, the first limiting piece is connected to the outer ring of the spring in a buckling manner, so that the outer ring of the spring is prevented from rotating; and at the unlocking position, the first limiting piece is separated from the outer ring of the spring, so that the outer ring of the spring can rotate to release energy stored by the spring. According to the power generation device, when the panel is treaded to move downwards, the first limiting piece can be switched between the locking position and the unlocking position, and therefore the spring is tightened for energy storage and the spring is released for power generation. The energy storage equipment and the treading power generation floor are ingenious in structure and high in automation degree.
