The invention relates to a building waterproof construction method. A laying device I, a laying device II and a cleaning device are included, wherein the laying device II is mounted at the right end of the laying device I; the cleaning device is mounted at the right end of the laying device II; the laying device I comprises a moving frame I, a rectangular frame, a roller I, a pressing plate, a fixed square column, a rectangular ring and a square long cylinder; and the laying device II comprises a connecting plate, a supporting plate, a moving frame II, a sleeve, a roller II, a feeding frame and a coating frame. According to the building waterproof construction method, the cleaning device is matched with the laying device I and the laying device II, so that a coiled material is immediatelylaid after being cleaned on a base surface, and the laying quality of the coiled material is prevented from being influenced by environmental factors; the laying device I is matched with the laying device II, so that the base surface is coated with a coating; and meanwhile, the coiled material is laid, and the coiled material is extruded, so that the purpose of improving the laying quality and efficiency is achieved.
