The invention relates to a building waterproof construction method. The building waterproof construction method comprises the following specific steps that sundries on the surface of a building to beconstructed are cleaned and wiped with clean wet cloth once; bulges, mortar lumps and the like on the surface of the building are shoveled and cleaned, and uneven parts are repaired with cement mortar; and a waterproof coating is coated on the surface of a building to form a first waterproof layer, then glass fiber grids are placed on the first waterproof layer to form a first glass fiber grid layer, the waterproof coating is coated on the first glass fiber grid layer to form a second waterproof layer, and the glass fiber grids are placed on the second waterproof layer to form a second glass fiber grid layer, finally, the waterproof coating is coated on the second glass fiber grid layer to form a third waterproof layer; and after the third waterproof layer is cured and subjected to a waterclosing test to be qualified, cement mortar is smeared to serve as a protective layer, and the surface needs to be flattened and calendered. By adopting the construction method and the waterproof coating, the waterproof effect is good.
本发明涉及一种建筑物防水施工方法，具体步骤如下：将需要施工的建筑表面的杂物清扫干净，并用干净的湿布揩擦一次；将建筑表面的的突出物、砂浆疙瘩等应铲除、清理掉，对凹凸不平处，用水泥砂浆修补；将防水涂料涂覆在建筑表面形成第一防水层，然后在第一防水层放置玻纤网格形成第一玻纤网格层，在第一玻纤网格层上涂覆防水涂料形成第二防水层，在第二防水层放置玻纤网格形成第二玻纤网格层，最后在第二玻纤网格层上涂覆防水涂料形成第三防水层即可；当第三防水层固化并做闭水试验合格后，抹水泥砂浆作为保护层，表面应抹平压光。采用本发明的施工方法和防水涂料，防水效果好。
