The invention provides a reinforcing steel bar spacing marking device. The reinforcing steel bar spacing marking device comprises a roller assembly, a printing pad assembly and an operating handle; amaterial storage cavity is formed in the inner part of the roller assembly, a plurality of discharging openings communicating with the material storage cavity are formed in the circumferential surfaceof the roller assembly, the discharging openings are spaced in the circumferential direction of the roller assembly; the printing pad assembly comprises a printing pad body contained in the materialstorage cavity, printing teeth are formed on the printing pad body, the printing teeth are arranged in the discharging openings in a penetrating mode and extend out of the roller assembly; and the roller assembly is rotatably mounted on the operating handle. According to the reinforcing steel bar spacing marking device, the problems that when a cast-in-place structural component is constructed, pay-off personnel adopt traditional manual line snapping to control the spacing between reinforcing steel bars, the efficiency is low, and time is consumed are solved.
