In order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, due to displacement of reinforcing steel bars, the distance between a reinforcing steel bar protective layer and a reinforcing steel bar mesh does not meet the requirement, and the bearing capacity of a building is affected, the embodiment of the invention provides a reinforcing steel bar distance fixing and protecting device. The two ends of the supporting body are used for being detachably connected with fixing bases respectively. An annular channel used for fixing the reinforcing steel bars and allowing the reinforcing steel bars to pass through is formed between the fixing base and the end of the supporting body. According to the embodiment of the invention, through the fixing seat, the supporting body and the annular channel, the distance between the reinforcing steel bars is fixed, and meanwhile, the reinforcing steel bars are well supported and fixed, so that the defect that the bearing capacity of a building is affected due to the fact that the distance between a reinforcing steel bar protective layer and a reinforcing steel bar net does not meet the requirement due to displacement of the reinforcing steel bars is overcome.
