The invention relates to a construction method for protective demolition of a roof truss of a factory building. The construction method: setting first temporary supports between web members in an N span unit section, N+1 span unit section and N+2 span unit section, and demolishing corresponding crane beams, where N is 1; setting second temporary supports between stand columns in the N span unit section, N+1 span unit section and N+2 span unit section, demolishing corresponding roof slabs, and installing horizontal back shores at top parts of the web members of the N+1 span unit section and N+2span unit section; demolishing the first temporary supports, the web members, the second temporary supports and the stand columns in the N-span unit section in sequence from top to bottom; and setting first temporary supports between the web members in an N+3 span unit section, and demolishing corresponding crane beams, setting a second temporary support between corresponding stand columns, demolishing corresponding roof slabs, and installing back shores at top parts of the web members. The construction method effectively solves the problem that blasting demolition has a greater impact on surrounding buildings, reduces pollutions including dust, noise and the like, and the demolished structures can be reused, so that economic benefits are good.
本发明涉及一种厂房屋架保护性拆除的施工方法,包括:于N跨、N+1跨以及N+2跨单元段内的腹杆之间设置第一临时支撑,并拆除对应的行车梁,其中N为1;于N跨、N+1跨以及N+2跨单元段内的立柱之间设置第二临时支撑,拆除对应的屋面板,并于N+1跨以及N+2跨单元段的腹杆的顶部安装水平的顶撑;由上至下依次拆除N跨单元段内的第一临时支撑、腹杆、第二临时支撑和立柱;于N+3跨单元段内的腹杆之间设置第一临时支撑,并拆除对应的行车梁,于对应的立柱之间设置第二临时支撑,拆除对应的屋面板,并于腹杆的顶部安装顶撑。本发明有效地解决了爆破拆除对周边建筑影响较大的问题,减少了扬尘、噪音等污染,拆下的结构可重复使用,经济效益好。
