Layered combined installation construction method for spiral truss tower
The invention relates to a layered combined installation construction method for a spiral truss tower. The spiral truss tower comprises a bottom layer and preassembled layers sequentially installed onthe bottom layer from bottom to top, a BIM technology is adopted to simulate installation and analyze stress conditions, and temporary fixed point positions, hoisting heights and positions of all thelayers are designed; and the bottom layer of the spiral truss tower is installed on the tower footing in a scattered splicing mode, the preassembled layers are pre-assembled on the whole floor on theground, the preassembled layers are sequentially hoisted to the designed heights and positions, the adjacent layers are fixedly connected after temporary positioning, and finally accessories are installed. Compared with the prior art, the construction steps are simplified, a large amount of high-altitude welding operation needed in a traditional tower building process is omitted, the constructiondifficulty is greatly reduced, safety risks caused by high-altitude operation are reduced, and the construction quality and precision are guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种螺旋桁式塔分层组合安装施工工法,所述螺旋桁式塔包括底层和由下至上依次安装在该底层之上的预装层,采用BIM技术模拟安装并分析受力情况,设计各层临时固定点位、吊装高度及位置;其中,上述螺旋桁式塔的底层采用散拼的方式安装在塔基上,而各预装层则采用地面整层预拼装,将预装后的各预装层依次吊装至设计的高度和位置,经临时定位后各相邻层之间分别固定连接,最后安装附件。与现有技术相比,本发明简化了施工步骤,省却了传统建塔工艺中需要的大量高空焊接作业,大大降低了施工难度,减少了因高空作业而带来的安全风险,并且保证了施工质量和精度。
