Separation type mechanical coded lock
The invention discloses a separation type mechanical coded lock, and relates to the field of turntable number matching type mechanical coded locks. The number matching operation is finished by directly rotating six rotary knob discs, a lever handle drives a cam mechanism to rotate to realize unlocking and locking, during the number matching, after linkage shafts movably connected with rotary knobshafts penetrate through a lock body, an overload protection device and a code changing device are driven to rotate firstly, then the linkage shafts coaxially return into the lock body, a sawtooth wheel and a shifting wheel are driven to rotate, finally six follow-up wheels provided with notches rotate along with the linkage shafts, during unlocking, a cam firstly pushes a locking plate to be inserted into a tooth groove of the sawtooth wheel, the rotary knob discs cannot rotate any more, then a push-pull plate pushes an inclined long hole in a transverse sliding plate to enable the follower-up wheels to move transversely and to be out of contact with centres on the shifting wheel, finally inserting plates are inserted into the notches of the follower-up wheels, the cam continues to rotateto unlock, therefore, a lockset cannot be technically unlocked, and when the lever handle or the rotary knob discs are strongly twisted, the lever handle and the rotary knob discs can idle. The password changing operation and the messy code operation are simple and easy to implement.
一种脱离式机械密码锁,涉及转盘对号式机械密码锁领域,通过直接旋转6个旋钮盘完成对号操作;通过执手带动凸轮机构旋转实现开锁、上锁;对号时,与各旋钮轴活动连接的联动轴穿过锁体后,先带动过载保护装置和变码装置转动,再沿同轴返回锁体内,并带动锯齿轮、拨轮转动,最终使6个设有豁口的随动轮跟随转动。开锁时,凸轮先推动锁止板插入锯齿轮的齿槽中,旋钮盘不能再转动,之后推拉板再推动横滑板上的斜长孔使随动轮跟随横向移动,并与拨轮上的顶针脱离接触,最后再使插板插入各随动轮的豁口中,凸轮继续转动而开锁,因此无法技术开启锁具。当强力扭转执手或旋钮盘时,二者均能空转;密码变更操作、乱码操作均简单易行。
