The invention discloses a foam concrete strong insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof. The foam concrete strong insulation board is prepared from, by weight, 100-200 parts of cement, 1-5parts of fly ash; 10 to 40 parts of tap water; 10 to 15 parts of original ecological foaming particles; 10 to 15 parts of 707 emulsion; 1 to 4 parts of aerogel particles; 1 to 10 parts of tensile fiber; 1 to 10 parts of cellulose; 1 to 10 parts of wood fiber; and 1-10 parts of a reinforcing agent. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: putting cement, fly ash and tap water into astirrer together, stirring, sequentially putting the original ecological foamed particles and the 707 emulsion, putting the aerogel particles, stirring, uniformly stirring, sequentially putting the tensile fibers, cellulose, wood fibers and the reinforcing agent, uniformly stirring, putting an mixture into an assembly line through a stock bin, manufacturing, curing and molding. The invention has the advantages of no combustion, no smoke toxicity, high heat-resistant temperature and the like.
