The invention relates to a high-strength fiber reinforced foamed cement insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The foamed cement insulation board is mainly prepared from water and the following raw materials by weight: 95-96 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 4.0-5.0 parts of silica fume, 0.50-0.60 part of a water reducing agent, 6.0-7.0 parts of a foaming agent hydrogen peroxide, 1.6-2.0 parts of calcium stearate, 0.5-0.6 part of a coagulant, 5.5-6.5 parts of microcrystalline foam glass slag, 7.0-8.0 parts of a styrene-acrylic emulsion and 0.45-0.60 part of polypropylene fiber; wherein the water-binder ratio is 0.55-0.57. According to the invention, the microcrystalline foam glass slag and the styrene-acrylic emulsion are used as inorganic-organic reinforcing materials, the obtained high-strength fiber reinforced foamed cement insulation board is good in appearance quality, low in heat conductivity coefficient, good in heat preservation and insulation performance, fireproof and flame-retardant performance, high in strength, low in volume water absorption, good in freeze-thaw cycle resistance, good in durability and long in service life.
