Lightweight foamed thermal insulation concrete block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a lightweight foamed thermal insulation concrete block and a preparation method thereof. The concrete block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of fly ash, 35-55 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 3-8 parts of nano hollow microspheres, 10-20 parts of clay, 35-45 parts of plant ash, 15-25 parts of oil sediments, 10-15 parts of sodiummetasilicate, 3-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent (sodium nitrite), 2-6 parts of an ester waterproof agent and 5-10 parts of a foaming agent. The prepared concrete block has the advantages of high early strength, increasing long-term strength, low volume, low water absorption, low brittleness, good durability, lightweight, soundproof property, thermal insulation, and good thermal insulation property, and solves the problems of a conventional concrete block, such as low strength, large shrinkage, easy cracking, and the like. Compared with a conventional product,the concrete block has the advantages of lightweight, environmental friendliness, and economy, and the load on a building is reduced.
本发明涉及一种轻质发泡保温混凝土砌块及其制备方法,所述混凝土砌块按下列重量份的原料制成:粉煤灰25~35、普通硅酸盐水泥35~55、纳米中空微珠3~8,粘土10~20、草木灰35~45、油脚15~25、偏硅酸钠10~15、聚乙烯醇3~8、减水剂亚硝酸钠1~5、酯类防水剂2~6和发泡剂5~10。采用本发明所述方法制备混凝土砌块,具有早期强度相对高,后期强度持续增长,容量相对低,吸水率低,脆性低、耐久性强,同时还具有质轻、隔音、隔热和保温性能好等优点,解决了传统混凝土砌块强度低、收缩率大、易开裂的缺陷,与传统产品相对比,不仅具有砌块重量轻,可减少建筑负荷,还具有环保和经济等优点。
