Thermal-insulation sound-insulation lightweight foamed concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal-insulation sound-insulation lightweight foamed concrete material which is prepared by the following steps: cleaning and drying waste concrete, and performing graded cutting and crushing on waste concrete blocks to obtain waste concrete powder; adding 20-60 parts of the waste concrete powder, 2-15 parts of modified light particles, 2-3 parts of an auxiliary agent and 5-6 parts of a foaming agent into water, and uniformly mixing under a mechanical stirring condition to obtain a concrete material; pouring the concrete material into a mold, and curing in a curingchamber with the temperature of 15-25 DEG C and the humidity of 85-90% for 24 hours to obtain a formed test piece; and demolding the formed test piece, and curing for 28 days in a curing chamber withthe temperature of 15-25 DEG C and the humidity of 85-90% to obtain a finished product of the thermal-insulation sound-insulation lightweight foamed concrete material. The production cost is reduced,resources are saved, social benefits are improved, and the method is suitable for large-scale application and popularization. Good toughness and sound insulation and heat preservation performance arerealized.
