Thermal insulation wall brick for building decoration and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal insulation wall brick for building decoration and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation wall brick comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of magnesium oxychloride cement; 20-25 parts of fly ash; 5-7 parts of a foaming agent; 2-3 parts of waterborne epoxy resin; 2-3 parts of a curing agent; 5-8 parts of glass beads; and1-2 parts of a coupling agent. The waterborne epoxy resin is a stable resin material prepared by dispersing epoxy resin in the form of fine particles or droplets in a dispersion medium in a water-level continuous phase. After the waterborne epoxy curing agent is added, the epoxy resin in the water emulsion starts a curing reaction, epoxy resin gradually accumulates and expels water out, water andresin are separated, finally, the epoxy resin is cured, water is drained out, and the more finally drained water is, the higher the strength is; in addition, after the waterborne epoxy resin is added, the surface of the thermal insulation wall brick becomes smoother, and the formed shape is more complete. Therefore, the waterborne epoxy resin also plays a role in shaping and cracking prevention,the structural strength is remarkably improved, and the service life is remarkably prolonged.
本发明公开了一种建筑装修用保温墙砖及其制备方法,按重量份数计,原料包括以下组分:氯氧镁水泥80‑90份;粉煤灰20‑25份;发泡剂5‑7份;水性环氧树脂2‑3份;固化剂2‑3份;玻璃微珠5‑8份;偶联剂1‑2份。水性环氧树脂是把环氧树脂以微粒或液滴的形式分散在以水位连续相的分散介质中而配得的稳定树脂材料,当加入水性环氧固化剂后,水乳液内的环氧树脂即开始固化反应,逐渐积聚并排析水分,形成水“脂”分离,最后环氧树脂固化,水分被排出,而最终排析的水分越多,强度就越高;另外,添加水性环氧树脂后,保温墙砖表面会更加平滑,成型后形态更加完整。因此,水性环氧树脂还起到了定型和防止开裂的作用,显著提高了结构强度与使用寿命。
