Walking type externally-hung operation platform for U-shaped beam
The invention discloses a walking type externally-hung operation platform for a U-shaped beam. The operation platform comprises main body structures arranged on two sides of an outer web of the U-shaped beam, wherein a platform structure is connected between the bottoms of the main body structures; hook devices matched with the end parts of the outer web of the U-shaped beam are inwards arranged at the tops of the main body structures respectively; a guardrail structure is arranged at the tops of each hook devices; and one side of the guardrail structure extends towards the inner side of the U-shaped beam and is provided with a crawling ladder assembly. By arranging the externally-hung operation platform on the outer side of the outer web of the U-shaped beam, constructors can go to the bottom of the U-shaped beam and the top of a bent cap conveniently to conduct support installation, grouting, anti-falling beam check block installation and other auxiliary U-shaped beam erecting construction, meanwhile, the construction difficulty and construction cost are reduced, the beam erecting speed and efficiency are guaranteed, the construction period is shortened, and economic benefits areincreased. The operation platform can be widely applied to the erection construction working condition of the prefabricated U-shaped beam in the intercity rail transit elevated section.
