An extension piece cross beam and a triangular support frame cross beam are mounted at the top of the standard triangular support frame, and a support cross beam is mounted on the extension piece cross beam and the triangular support frame cross beam; an adjustable bottom support and a transverse wood keel are mounted on the supporting cross beam; a template is mounted on the transverse wooden keel; and a handrail assembly is mounted at the end part of the transverse wooden keel at the bottom. The defects that an overhanging steel pipe scaffold is complex in construction, high in dangerousness, labor-consuming, material-consuming, large in water seepage hidden danger and the like can be effectively overcome.
