The invention relates to a diversion and drainage structure used in a water conservancy and hydropower engineering tunnel. The diversion and drainage structure comprises a construction tunnel foundation, wherein the construction tunnel foundation is provided with a drainage groove; an opening of the drainage groove is provided with a filter plate; the filter plate vertically penetrates through a plurality of water filtering grooves; one end of the drainage groove communicates with a vertical diversion groove; the lower end of the vertical diversion groove communicates with a drainage channel;the side wall of the drainage groove is provided with a conveyor belt mechanism; the conveying belt mechanism is provided with a scraping rod; the scraping rod is provided with a plurality of bulges respectively extending into the plurality of water filtering grooves; a containing groove is formed in the side wall of the vertical diversion groove; a rotating shaft horizontally arranged is rotationally connected in the containing groove; a plurality of blades partially extending into the vertical diversion groove are coaxially connected with the rotating shaft; a linkage mechanism is arranged between the rotating shaft and the conveyor belt mechanism; and when the rotating shaft rotates, the linkage mechanism drives the conveyor belt mechanism to operate and drive the scraping rod to move in the length direction of the water filtering grooves. The diversion and drainage structure has the effect of reducing the situation that a large amount water is accumulated in the construction tunnel.
