The invention discloses soil texture sampling equipment used for building foundation construction detection. The equipment comprises two sampling plates; a supporting horizontal plate is fixedly installed at the tops of the two sampling plates; a lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the supporting horizontal plate; the lifting mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a motor box, a guiding supporting frame, a guiding slide block, and a limiting slide groove; the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly installed on the middle part of the bottom end of the supporting horizontal plate; and the motor box is fixedly installed on a hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder. The equipment has the beneficial effects that, through the arrangement of a rotating nut, a spring, a hinge and limiting plates as well as a limiting groove which are matched with each other, and through the arrangement that a trapezoid ring is driven to move by forwardly rotating the nut, the inclination angle between twolimiting plates is expanded under the action of the spring, the limiting plates are separated from corresponding limiting holes, and therefore a sampling tube and a spiral sleeve can be convenientlydismantled in a rapid way, so sampled soil texture can be conveniently collected in a rapid way and the working efficiency is thus improved.
