Screw pre-tightening type fiber anchor rod connecting sleeve and fiber anchor rod connecting method
The invention provides a screw pre-tightening type fiber anchor rod connecting sleeve and a fiber anchor rod connecting method. The sleeve comprises a sleeve body, screws and a sealing cover. The sleeve body is provided with a plurality of screw holes uniformly distributed in the axial direction. An anchor rod centering and supporting block is arranged on the inner surface, directly facing the screw holes, of the sleeve body. The screws are located in the screw holes. A backup ring is arranged between nut ends of the screws and the sleeve body. A gasket is arranged between fiber anchor rods and screw ends of the screws. The sealing cover is located at a sleeve opening of the sleeve body, and provided with a glue liquid input and output opening. According to the method, the two fiber anchorrods are aligned coaxially; epoxy resin glue is brushed on rod bodies at butt joint ends, and the glue brushing length is larger than the half length of the sleeve body; glue brushing is carried out,and three layers of fiber cloth are wrapped; the sleeve body is arranged on the butt joint portion of the fiber anchor rods in a sleeving manner, and the gasket is arranged between the screws and thefiber anchor rods; the screws are tightened, by means of the gasket, the fiber anchor rods are compressed on the anchor rod centering and supporting block, and thus radial pressure is generated on the fiber anchor rods; and the sealing cover is installed, glue is injected into the sleeve body through a sealing cover glue injection opening, and until the glue flows out from a glue liquid overflowing opening, complete curing of the epoxy resin glue in the sleeve body is waited.
