Nut pre-tightened fiber anchor rod connecting sleeve and fiber anchor rod connecting method
The invention relates to a nut pre-tightened fiber anchor rod connecting sleeve and a fiber anchor rod connecting method. The sleeve comprises a barrel, a nut and a sealing cap. The barrel is a cylindrical barrel of a split structure in half and an external thread is arranged on the outer surface, the joint of two half barrels is of a stepped lap joint structure, an anchor rod centering supportingblock is arranged on the inner surface of the barrel, the inner surface of the nut is cone-shaped and the nut is provided with an internal thread, and the sealing cap is located at the opening of thebarrel and is provided with a glue solution intake and exhaust port. The method comprises the following steps of aligning two fiber anchor rods coaxially; brushing epoxy resin glue to abutted end rodbodies, wherein the glue brushing length is greater than half length of the barrel; brushing the glue and winding three layers of fiber cloth; buckling the barrels together at the joint of the rod bodies, sleeving the nut in a way that the large diameter end faces the barrel, screwing the nut till the small diameter end and the external thread of the barrel are in clearance fit, and applying a radial pressure to the rod bodies through the anchor rod centering supporting block; and mounting the sealing cap, injecting glue to the barrel through a glue injecting port the sealing cap till glue flows out from a glue solution overflow port, and waiting for epoxy resin in the barrel to be fully cured.
