The application relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a supporting assembly, a supporting device and a bridge and culvert building construction method. The supporting assembly is used for bridge and culvert construction in a railway line, is positioned in a supporting hole and is placed on a concrete mold block; sealing plates are installed at two ends of supporting pipes; a plurality of the supporting pipes are arranged; connecting holes are formed in the sealing plates; adjacent supporting pipes are connected via the connecting holes and first connectors;and the supporting pipes near the concrete block are connected via the connecting holes and second connectors. The supporting pipes are connected in a detachable mode via the first connectors, and thesupporting pipes near the concrete mold block are connected with the concrete mold block in a detachable mode via the second connectors, i.e. the supporting assembly realizes fabricated type connection; the supporting pipes are connected in a detachable mode, are convenient to install and disassemble and can be repeatedly used; and resources are saved.
