The invention discloses a construction method of underwater bearing platform bottomed steel sleeve box bottom sealing concrete. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps of mounting a bottom truss, mounting a prefabricated bottom plate, mounting a hanging system, mounting side forms and outer waling, positioning a steel sleeve box, mounting inner waling, pouring first-layer bottom sealing concrete, mounting a corbel device, pouring second-layer bottom sealing concrete and carrying out bearing platform construction in sequence, wherein mounting of the corbel device specifically comprises the steps that after the first-layer bottom sealing concrete reaches the design strength, water in a sleeve box is pumped out, finish rolling deformed steel bars are cut off, corbels are mounted on the periphery of a steel casing, one ends of the corbels are fixed to the steel casing, and the other ends of the corbels are fixed to the finish rolling deformed steel bars;and then L-shaped reinforcing ribs are distributed on the periphery of the steel casing, the short edges of the reinforcing ribs are fixedly connected with the steel casing, and the long edges of thereinforcing ribs are attached to the bottom sealing concrete. By means of the method, the integrity of the bottom sealing concrete can be improved, the use amount of the bottom sealing concrete is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety coefficient of the bottom sealing concrete is increased.
本发明公开了一种水中承台有底钢套箱封底混凝土的施工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:安装底桁架→安装预制底板→安装吊挂系统→安装侧模及外围囹→钢套箱定位→安装内围囹→浇筑第一层封底混凝土→安装牛腿装置→浇筑第二层封底混凝土→承台施工;其中,所述安装牛腿装置具体为:待第一层封底混凝土达到设计强度后,抽干套箱内的水,割断精轧螺纹钢,在钢护筒四周安装牛腿,使牛腿的一端与钢护筒固定,另一端与精轧螺纹钢固定;之后于钢护筒四周布设“L”型加强筋,使加强筋的短边与钢护筒固定连接,加强筋的长边与封底混凝土贴合。通过本发明方法可以增加封底混凝土整体性,减少了封底混凝土的用量,降低了施工成本,提高了封底混凝土的安全系数。
