The invention provides a deepwater area steel sheet pile cofferdam underwater concrete bottom sealing construction method which comprises the following steps that dredging equipment is provided with an air compressor to conduct dredging in a guide hole range, sludge in a hole is flushed out through the air compressor, and after clear river water flows out of a steel pipe, the steel pipe is moved to a next steel sheet pile; a steel sheet pile notch in the cofferdam is checked, whether the steel sheet pile is separated from the notch or not is checked, and meanwhile whether soil and sand exist on the periphery of a pile foundation and in the steel sheet pile notch or not is checked; bottom sealing construction is conducted, specifically, a hopper and a guide pipe are arranged, bottom sealing concrete is poured, and the bottom sealing concrete can be moved to the next pouring point after being poured to the designed elevation; 3 days after concrete is poured, river water in the cofferdam is pumped and drained, and water is stopped on the side face. According to the construction method, by improving construction equipment and processes, the construction method of the steel sheet pile cofferdam in the deepwater area is optimized, the strength of the bottom sealing concrete is improved, the engineering quality is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and reference is provided for similar underwater mass concrete bottom sealing construction.
本发明提供了一种深水区钢板桩围堰水下混凝土封底施工方法,包括以下步骤:采用清淤设备配备空压机进行引孔范围的清淤,通过空压机将孔内的淤泥冲洗出来,直至钢管内流出清澈的江水后方挪至下一个钢板桩;对围堰内钢板桩槽口进行检查,看是否存在钢板桩脱槽情况,同时对桩基周边及钢板桩槽口内是否有土及砂未清理干净进行检查;封底施工:布置料斗和导管,浇注封底混凝土,浇注到设计标高后即可挪至下一浇注点;浇注混凝土3天后,对围堰内江水进行抽排并在侧面止水。本发明通过改进施工设备和流程,优化了深水区钢板桩围堰的施工方法,提高了封底混凝土的强度,既保证了工程质量,又提高了施工效率,为类似的水下大体积混凝土封底施工提供借鉴。
