The invention relates to a reinforced stainless steel water tank which comprises a water tank frame, a water leaching device and a water draining device. The upper side of the water tank frame is in clamped connection with the water leaching device, and the lower side of the water tank frame is provided with the water draining device. The water leaching device is limited through the water tank frame, and a fixed frame is matched with a clamping block frame, so that the water leaching frame is quickly connected, fixed and disassembled. A first motor drives a shaking frame to move, so that the fixed frame and a water leaching frame are driven to do reciprocating motion in the vertical direction, and the purpose of accelerating the water leaching speed is achieved. A rotating column and a grinding frame are matched to grind waste materials; and a first fan-shaped plate and a second fan-shaped plate are matched to control the amount of waste materials entering a sewer, and therefore the purpose that the waste materials are smoothly discharged through the sewer is achieved.
