The invention discloses a novel stainless steel water tank. The novel stainless steel water tank comprises a liquid level control chamber and a respirator. The liquid level control chamber is mainly internally provided with a floating ball valve and an overflow opening. The respirator is arranged on the top of the control chamber and arranged on a water tank top plate. The mounting height of the respirator is in principle larger than the highest level of the water tank. The lower end of the liquid level control chamber is provided with a water tank main body. An embedded box culvert with a forward opening is arranged inside the outer wall of the front end of the outermost lower side of the center of the water tank main body.
