The invention relates to a floor system and a vertical assembling and disassembling floor buckle. The floor system comprises a first floor block and a second floor block; a male fastener is arranged at the side edge of the first floor block; a female fastener adaptive to the male fastener is arranged at the side edge of the second floor block; the male fastener and the female fastener are formed to vertically move downwards relative to the second floor block through the first floor block to be locked with each other and vertically move upwards relative to the second floor block through the first floor block to be separated from each other; the male fastener comprises an upwardly concave vertical tongue embedding groove and a horizontal outwardly-extending elastic transverse tongue; the female fastener comprises an upwardly extending vertical tongue and a horizontally inwardly-concave transverse tongue embedding groove; a vertical tongue is embedded in the vertical tongue embedding groove; and the elastic transverse tongue is embedded in the transverse tongue embedding groove. The floor system and the vertical assembling and disassembling floor buckle are simply and skillfully structured; and the floor system and the vertical assembling and disassembling floor buckle can lock and separate the side edges of the two floor blocks through a vertical displacement mode.
