The invention relates to a floor assembling and disassembling device which comprises a force application structural part and a hooking part. The hooking part comprises a connecting plate, a bending part and a hooking part which are connected in sequence; the connecting plate is fixedly arranged below the force application structural part; the hooking part protrudes relative to the connecting plate, and the hooking part and the force application structural part are located on the two opposite faces of the connecting plate respectively. The hooking part is matched with the force application structural part to achieve the effects of knocking, chiseling, prying, hooking, padding and the like, and can be applied to floor blocks with clamping groove structure connection relations such as solid wood floors, composite floors and bamboo floors, and work such as mounting, dismounting and seam trimming is achieved; floor block installation, disassembly and seam trimming are fast and tight, labor is saved, efficiency is high, the splicing quality of floor installation is improved, floor disassembly and seam trimming work is more labor-saving, and the construction efficiency is improved; the composite function is achieved on the basis of the simple structure, one tool can replace many tools, the burden of front-line workers is relieved, and the problem that construction cannot be conducted due to the fact that a certain tool is forgotten to be carried is solved.
