The invention discloses a construction and installation method of a large ventilation duct. A combined platform is adopted for installation. The construction and installation method includes the stepsthat 1, the combined platform is placed on the ground directly below an air duct installation position; 2, short sections of the air duct are placed on an assembly platform to perform opening alignment and connecting, and thus an air duct hoisting unit is formed; 3, a chain block is used to for hoisting, a hoisting platform leaves away from the assembly platform, and the air duct hoisting unit islifted to an installation position, while lifting is performed, the assembly platform is moved to a position directly below an installation position of a next air duct hoisting unit; 4, a spider liftis used for high-altitude operations to complete the fixation of the air duct hoisting unit, and then the chain block is lowered and moved to the position directly below the installation position ofthe next air duct hoisting unit and installed on the assembly platform in a sleeving mode; 5, the chain block is moved to the roof of the next installation position; and 6, the steps 2, 3 and 4 are repeated until the ventilation duct is installed. The installation quality can be improved, the installation time is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种大型通风管道的施工安装方法，采用组合平台进行安装，步骤为：1)将组合平台放置在风管安装位置正下方的地面上；2)将风管短节放在组装平台上进行对口连接，形成一个风管吊装单元；3)采用倒链进行提升，吊装平台离开组装平台，将风管吊装单元提升至安装位置；在提升的同时，移动组装平台至下一个风管吊装单元安装位置正下方；4)采用蜘蛛车进行高空作业，完成风管吊装单元的固定；然后降落倒链移至下一个风管吊装单元安装位置正下方，并套装在组装平台上；5)移动倒链至下一个安装位置的屋顶上；6)重复步骤2)至步骤4)，直至通风管道安装完毕。本发明能够提高安装质量、缩短安装时间、降低施工费用。
