Beam-passing sleeve welding-free embedding and fixing technology
The invention provides a beam-passing sleeve welding-free embedding and fixing technology. The technology includes the following steps that S1: a beam-passing sleeve is specially customized and machined before being pre-embedded, and fixing point positions are machined at two ends of the beam-passing sleeve; S2: the inside of the beam-passing sleeve is pre-treated, and is subjected to anticorrosion treatment and outside paint plating; S3: the manufactured beam-passing sleeve is placed in a beam after construction floor supporting is finished and a beam steel bar is bound, and the beam-passingsleeve is fixed to a floor support though tapping screws; and S4: after the construction floor supporting is subjected to form removal, and the pre-embedded sleeve is cleaned and handed over to subsequent construction. According to the technology, the beam-passing sleeve is not fixed to the steel bar, and is fixed to a structural floor formwork directly, due to the fact that the formwork can not shake, the embedded precision of the steel sleeve is guaranteed, the beam-passing sleeve can be directly fixed to the structural floor formwork through the tapping screws, and is prevented form being welded on the beam steel bar, and the stress performance of the beam steel bar can be guaranteed.
本发明提出一种穿梁套管免焊埋设固定工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、在穿梁套管预埋实施前,将穿梁套管进行特殊定制加工,穿梁套管套管两端加工固定点位;S2、对穿梁套管内部进行预处理,套筒内部进行防腐处理、外部镀漆;S3、土建楼板支护完成、梁钢筋绑扎好后,将制作好的穿梁套管放在梁内,并用自攻螺钉将穿梁套管固定在楼板支护上,S4、土建楼板支护拆模后,将预埋套管清理干净,交给后续施工。本发明的穿梁套管不固定在钢筋上,直接固定在结构楼板模板上,由于模板不会晃动,保证了钢套管的埋设精确性。穿梁套管使用自攻螺钉直接固定在结构楼板模板上,避免了在梁钢筋上焊接,保证了梁钢筋的受力性能。
