The invention discloses a pole tower convenient installation device and method. The pole tower convenient installation device includes a connecting frame and a winding engine. The connecting frame isfixed to the top end of a lower tower pole, and the winding engine is fixed to the ground. The winding engine includes a winding drum and a winding rope. A guide wheel is arranged at the upper end ofthe connecting frame, the guide wheel is rotatably connected with the connecting frame, and one end of the winding rope bypasses the guide wheel and is fixed to the lower end of an upper tower pole. The pole tower convenient installation device and method are simple in installation equipment, the use of large cranes is avoided, and the installation cost is reduced; and most of the procedures in anentire installation process can be completed on the ground, and the installation efficiency is improved.
