Long-span support hanger
The invention belongs to the field of slings, and provides a long-span support hanger. The long-span support hanger comprises auxiliary beams and top beams, wherein the auxiliary beams are arranged onthe lower end faces of building steel beams, the lower end face of each auxiliary beam is provided with a first mounting bracket, each top beam is erected on the upper end faces of every two corresponding adjacent building steel beams, and a plurality of second mounting brackets are arranged on the lower end faces of the top beams at intervals. The long-span support hanger is simple in structure,convenient to mount and good in firmness, the top beams are additionally arranged between the building steel beams, and the plurality of mounting brackets are arranged below the top beams, so that the stress of a pipeline is balanced, and long-distance and long-span pipelines are favorably mounted; and meanwhile, the mounting brackets are positioned and reinforced by utilizing lead screws so as to be prevented from shaking.
本发明属于吊具领域,提供了一种大跨度支吊架,包括辅梁和顶梁,每个建筑钢梁的下端面设置有辅梁,每个辅梁的下端面设置有第一安装支架;相邻两个建筑钢梁的上端面架设有顶梁,顶梁的下端面间隔设置有若干第二安装支架。本发明提供的大跨度支吊架,结构简单、安装方便、牢固性好,在建筑钢梁之间增设顶梁,在顶梁下设置若干安装支架,从而平衡管道的受力,有利于安装长距离、大跨度的管道,同时利用丝杆对安装支架进行定位加固,避免安装支架产生晃动。
