The invention is suitable for the technical field of waste circuit board recovery, and provides a process for manufacturing bricks by recovering nonmetal powder of waste circuit boards. Circuit boardfragments are obtained by successively crushing waste circuit boards; circuit board residues are obtained by further crushing the circuit board fragments; the circuit board residues are separated by wind power flotation to obtain nonmetal wastes and metal wastes; the nonmetal wastes are conveyed to a resin powder storage tower for storage; the nonmetal wastes are mixed with cement, stone sand andexcitants in a closed space by stirring to obtain mixtures; and the mixtures are pressed and processed to obtain baking-free bricks. By storing the nonmetal wastes in the storage tower and then mixingin the closed space, the generation of flying dust by inputting powder to a mixing area can be prevented to a greatest extent.
