Asphalt mixture modified by compounding waste printed circuit board nonmetal powder with SBS (styrene butadiene styrene)
The invention discloses a waste printed circuit board non-metal powder compounded SBS modified asphalt mixture which comprises 2%-3% of an SBS modifier, 20%-30% of waste printed circuit board non-metal powder and 3%-5% of a compatilizer. The prepared waste printed circuit board non-metal powder compounded SBS modified asphalt is used for preparing an asphalt mixture and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3.8-4.6% of waste printed circuit board non-metal powder compounded SBS modified asphalt and 95.4-96.2% of mineral aggregate, and the cost can be effectively reduced by partially replacing an SBS modifier; meanwhile, the performance of the modified asphalt reaches or exceeds that of equivalent SBS modified asphalt. The preparation method of the modified asphalt is simple, the prepared modified asphalt has the excellent characteristics of good storage stability, good rutting resistance, good water-resistant stability, good economic benefits and the like, and the technical problems of environmental protection, resource conservation, cyclic utilization and the like are solved.
