The invention generally relates to the technical field of desulfurized gypsum recycling, and provides a method for preparing high-strength ceramic mold gypsum powder from desulfurized gypsum. The method comprises the following steps: S1, pre-drying; S2, performing stir-frying; S3, grinding; S4, aging; S5, removing iron by magnetic separation; S6, modifying with additives; and S7, packaging, wherein the pre-drying temperature is 120 DEG C; the stir-frying furnace temperature is 700 DEG C, the temperature of the desulfurized gypsum powder in the furnace is 160-180 DEG C, and stir-frying is carried out until the crystal water in the desulfurized gypsum raw material is 4.5-5.2; grinding is carried out by using a ball mill until the granularity is less than 3 [mu]m; and the additives in step S6comprise a water reducing agent, a retarder and a defoaming agent. The method is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, a ceramic mold made of the obtained ceramic mold gypsum powder has the advantages of being low in expansion coefficient, high in strength, high in abrasion resistance and the like, so a product obtained through the mold is high in precision, clear in outline, high in simulation performance, stable in size and high in surface smoothness.
本发明总体地涉及脱硫石膏回收利用技术领域,提供了一种应用脱硫石膏制备高强度陶瓷模具石膏粉的方法:它包括的步骤:S1、预烘干;S2、炒制;S3、研磨;S4、陈化;S5、磁选除铁;S6、添加剂改性;S7、包装。其中预烘干的温度为120℃;炒制的炉温为700℃,炉中的脱硫石膏粉的温度为160~180℃,炒制至脱硫石膏原料中的结晶水为4.5至5.2;研磨使用球磨机研磨至颗粒度小于3微米;步骤S6中的添加剂包括减水剂、缓凝剂、消泡剂。本发明方法简单、原料易得,所得陶瓷模具石膏粉制作的陶瓷模具具有膨胀系数低、强度高、耐磨性性强等优势,从而模具所出产品精度高,轮廓清晰,仿真性强,尺寸稳定,表面光洁度高。
