Method for preparing desulfurized gypsum from dry desulfurized ash
The invention discloses a method for preparing desulfurized gypsum by using dry desulfurized ash, which mainly solves the technical problems of low conversion speed and secondary environmental pollution caused by sulfur dioxide generated in the conversion process in the existing process of preparing desulfurized gypsum by using dry desulfurized ash. The invention provides a method for preparing desulfurized gypsum from dry desulfurized fly ash, which comprises the following steps: 1) arranging a superconducting magnet in an oxidation tower, and applying magnetic field force to the materials inthe oxidation tower; 2) inputting the flue gas of the sintering machine into a dry desulfurized fly ash solution for reaction; 3) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the solution from the oxidation tower by using a vacuum filter; 4) conveying the liquid separated by the vacuum filter to an oxidation tower; 5) carrying out distillation treatment on the solid separated by the vacuum filter by using a distillation device, and 6) conveying the gas generated by the reaction of the sintering machine flue gas and the dry desulfurization ash solution to a slurry tank. According to the method, theconversion time of the CaSO3 in the dry desulfurization ash into desulfurized gypsum CaSO4 is less than or equal to 1 hour.
本发明公开了一种用干法脱硫灰制备脱硫石膏的方法,主要解决现有用干法脱硫灰制备脱硫石膏过程中存在的转化速度慢、转化过程中产生二氧化硫对环境造成二次污染的技术问题。本发明提供的一种用干法脱硫灰制备脱硫石膏的方法,包括,1)先在氧化塔设置一超导磁体,对氧化塔中的物料施加磁场力;2)将烧结机烟气输入到干法脱硫灰溶液中进行反应;3)用真空过滤机对来至氧化塔的溶液进行固液分离;4)将真空过滤机分离出来的液体输至氧化塔;5)用蒸馏装置对真空过滤机分离出的固体进行蒸馏处理;6)将烧结机烟气与干法脱硫灰溶液反应产生的气体输送至浆液罐。本发明方法干法脱硫灰中CaSO3转化脱硫石膏CaSO4转化时间≤1小时。
