Production method of high-water-permeability regenerated SMA asphalt mixture
The invention discloses a production method of a high-water-permeability regenerated SMA asphalt mixture. The production method comprises the following steps: preparing materials, preparing modified asphalt, preparing a modified asphalt mixture, preparing fiber aggregate, treating an old asphalt material, preparing an enhanced regenerated old material, obtaining a semi-finished product and obtaining the finished product. Coarse aggregate is used as a main material to prepare the asphalt mixture, basalt macadam which is hard in texture, rough in surface and similar to a cube in shape is selected, and a large-gap intermittent structure is formed in the inner part to facilitate water permeation; an anti-stripping agent, a reinforcing agent and lignin fibers are matched to improve the adhesionand the toughness of the asphalt, so even if a gap exists, cracking cannot occur, and the water permeation performance is ensured while the durability and the stability are ensured; by adding a waterrepellent agent, so the characteristics of water resistance, hydrophobic property and water repelling are achieved while the water permeation is performed, the water residue is avoided, and the waterpermeation performance is further optimized; and the old asphalt material and the recovered powder are adopted as part of the raw materials, so the resource is saved, and the preparation cost is reduced.
本发明公开一种高透水再生SMA沥青混合料生产方法,包括以下步骤:准备材料、制备改性沥青、制备改性沥青混合料、制备纤维骨料、沥青旧料处理、制备增强型再生旧料、得到半成品和得到成品;本发明以粗骨料为主制备沥青混合料,选用质地坚硬、表面粗糙、形状接近立方体的玄武岩碎石,内部具有大空隙间断的结构,便于透水,配合抗剥落剂、增强剂和木质素纤维,提高沥青的粘附性和韧性,即使存在空隙也不会开裂,在透水的同时保证耐久性和稳定性,同时,本发明添加了疏水剂,在透水的同时具有抗水、疏水、憎水的性能,避免水分残留,进一步优化了透水性能,另外,本发明利用沥青旧料和回收粉作为原料的一部分,节约资源,降低了制备成本。
