The invention discloses dry-mixed common masonry mortar based on building solid waste recycled fine aggregate. The dry-mixed ordinary masonry mortar is prepared from the following components in proportion (kg/t): 90 to 200 kg/t of 42.5-grade ordinary Portland cement, 50 to 100 kg/t of second-grade fly ash, 700 to 800 kg/t of recycled fine aggregate and 6 to 12 kg/t of a water-retaining thickeningmaterial, wherein the recycled fine aggregate is formed by crushing waste concrete, the particle size of the recycled fine aggregate is 4.75 mm or below, the content of particles with a particle sizeof 2.36-4.75 mm is 10-15%, and the content of particles with a particle size of 0.075-2.36 mm is 70-80%. The building concrete wastes are turned into wealth to replace natural sand, the natural environment is protected, and the cost of the mortar is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于建筑固废再生细骨料的干混普通砌筑砂浆,各组分用量配合比(kg/t)为:42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥90‑200,二级粉煤灰50‑100,再生细骨料700‑800,保水增稠材料6‑12。所述再生细骨料是由废弃混凝土破碎而成,粒径在4.75mm以下,其中粒径2.36‑4.75mm的颗粒含量10‑15%,粒径0.075‑2.36mm的颗粒含量70‑80%。本发明利用建筑混凝土废料“变废为宝”替代天然砂,不仅保护了自然环境,还降低了砂浆的成本。
