Sintered brick prepared from household garbage incineration fly ash and sludge and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a sintered brick prepared from household garbage incineration fly ash and sludge and a preparation method thereof. The sintered brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of household garbage incineration fly ash; 30 to 50 parts of sludge; 30 to 50 parts of argil; and 10 to 18 parts of kaolin. The preparation method comprises the following sixsteps: preprocessing raw materials before crushing, crushing the raw materials, aging the raw materials, forming the raw materials, drying a green body, and sintering to form the brick. Compared withthe prior art, the household garbage incineration fly ash and sludge are used for preparing sintered bricks, dioxin in household garbage incineration fly ash can be radically destroyed through calcination, heavy metals in the fly ash are solidified, and the purpose of harmless treatment of the household garbage incineration fly ash and sludge is achieved. The preparation process of the sintered brick is simple, and the obtained sintered brick has a good macroscopic performance and can be used for paving roads.
