Household garbage brick and production method thereof
The invention relates to a household garbage brick and a production method thereof. The production method for making the bricks by using the household garbage comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the household garbage and the building garbage to obtain garbage powder; (2) drying and disinfecting the garbage fragments obtained in the step (1) to obtain disinfected garbage fragments; and (3)sending the disinfected garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulator and quicklime powder, stirring and mixing, and then pressing in a mold to obtain the household garbage brick. According to the production method, secondary pollution caused by landfill and incineration of the household garbage is avoided, the household garbage does not need to be classified and can be treated in a unified and centralized mode and recycled, and meanwhile energy consumption needed by production is low; and the obtained brick is excellent and reliable in performance after being detected according to national standards.
本发明涉及一种生活垃圾制砖及其生产方法。所述生活垃圾制砖的生产方法包括如下步骤：(1)将生活垃圾与建筑垃圾进行粉碎，得垃圾碎末；(2)将步骤(1)所得垃圾碎末进行烘干消毒，得消毒垃圾碎末；(3)将步骤(2)所得消毒垃圾碎末送至制砖机，并加入水、水泥、减水剂、凝固剂、生石灰粉末进行搅拌混合，然后在模具中进行压制，即得生活垃圾制砖。所述生产方法避免了对生活垃圾进行填埋及焚烧所造成的二次污染，且对生活垃圾不需要进行分类，可统一集中处理并回收利用，同时生产所需能耗较低；得到的砖按国家标准进行检测后性能优异可靠。
