The system comprises water storage and vibration damping ditch single bodies, vibration damping inserting base plates, backfill gravels, vibration isolation energy dissipation pads, backfill soil layers, three-sided concrete enclosure walls, vibration damping water storage grooves, reserved inserting openings, vibration damping back plates and vibration damping inserting plates, wherein two three-sided concrete enclosure walls are arranged and are fixedly connected with the concrete back wall; an area defined by each three-sided concrete enclosure wall and the concrete back wall is a vibration damping water storage tank; andeach vibration damping water storage tank is internally provided with the backfill gravels. The system has the beneficial effects that the damage of vibration to the stability of a railway section atan important position can be reduced, wet construction on site is avoided, the construction period is short, the construction cost is low, the system is simple in construction, convenient to industrially disassemble, convenient to produce, easy to install, capable of effectively isolating vibration of different frequencies, good in vibration isolation effect, capable of reducing and even eliminating the influence of vibration waves on a traffic railway section at a protected special position and capable of improving the safety stability and the vibration isolation effect of a railway.
