The embodiment of the invention provides a polishing system and method for a ballastless track bearing platform, relates to a ballastless track polishing technology, and aims to solve the problem of relatively high treatment cost caused by adopting a track fastener adjusting method to treat ballastless track upwarp diseases in related technologies. The polishing system for the ballastless track bearing platform comprises a temperature measuring device, a pushing device and a polishing device, wherein the temperature measuring device is used for measuring the actual track temperature and the steel track locking temperature of a target steel track; the pushing device is used for performing vertical pushing and transverse pushing on the target steel track; and the polishing device is used forpolishing the track bearing platform to be polished after the target steel track is pushed.
