The embodiment of the invention provides a ballastless track bearing table grinding operation method which comprises the steps that the total grinding amount D of a bearing table is obtained by obtaining grinding demand data information of the bearing table; according to the single-time polishing depth capacity d of the polishing device, the total polishing amount is decomposed to N = D/d, and N is the number of times of polishing; the single-time grinding depth capacity d, the grinding frequency N and the total grinding amount D of the grinding device are processed, and a preset grinding program is established; and the rail bearing table of each sleeper is polished in sequence according to a preset polishing program. By means of the technical scheme, the time consumed by sleeper interval operation can be saved, limited time is used for rail bearing table polishing operation, and the construction efficiency is improved.
