The invention discloses a stone washing and mud removing device for highway subgrade and pavement construction. One side of the top end of a box body is provided with a feeding port, a first screen plate and a second screen plate which are obliquely arranged are symmetrically arranged on one side in the box body, the first screen plate and the second screen plate are connected with the box body through vibration mechanisms, sliding grooves are formed in the sides, which are close to each other, of a first side plate and a second side plate, a moving frame is arranged between the first side plate and the second side plate, and sliding blocks matched with the sliding grooves are arranged on the two sides of the moving frame; an eccentric wheel matched with the moving frame is arranged in themoving frame, the axis of the eccentric wheel is connected with the output end of a driving motor, vertically-arranged first compression springs are symmetrically arranged at the top end of the moving frame, a transverse plate is transversely arranged at the top ends of the first compression springs, and one side of the first screen plate extends into a machine shell to be connected with the transverse plate. The device has the beneficial effects that gravel is vibrated and turned over, the gravel is finely brushed through the flushing head, and the mud removal effect is guaranteed; and liquid and gravel in the box body are vibrated and turned over, and the gravel cleaning effect is greatly improved.
