The auxiliary construction mechanism is rotationally mounted on the second swing arm and is used for chiseling the pavement of the highway subgrade; the device is provided with the anti-jamming chiseling machine, the anti-jamming chiseling machine is composed of the chiseling driving part, the chiseling base, the chiseling linkage part, the main chiseling part and the anti-jamming chiseling part, and the main chiseling part and the anti-jamming chiseling part work in cooperation to synchronously conduct chiseling operation on the to-be-chiseled central area and the to-be-chiseled edge area of the highway pavement; and the anti-clamping scabbling part is arranged, so that the concrete at the edge area to be scabbled can be loosened and crushed.
