The invention relates to a flexible vibration exciter of a vibratory roller, and belongs to the technical field of vibratory rollers. A split two-cavity type vibration exciter is formed through a first flexible vibration exciter and a second flexible vibration exciter and installed in a vibration wheel, a flexible eccentric shaft is installed in a vibration exciter cavity through a vibration bearing, a proper amount of gear oil is injected into the vibration exciter cavity, and the vibration exciter cavity is sealed and free of leakage through a sealing ring; a vibration motor drives the flexible eccentric shaft to rotate at a high speed through a coupler, the flexible eccentric shaft has eccentric torque and rotates at a high speed, the exciting force participating in compaction of the vibration wheel is generated, and the vibration compaction function is achieved. The flexible vibration exciter of the vibratory roller is small in size, reliable in operation and capable of achieving non-rigid impact.
